Our project goals were to create a sustainable healthcare model for the people of Columbia County Public Hospital District #1; expand and invest in rehabilitation services including aquatic therapy; improve staff efficiency by addressing department adjacencies, and enhance privacy throughout the building.

                      Comments from our Project Team

This remodel represents the future of Critical Access facilities. Dayton General is taking proactive steps to re-invent themselves and their position within the modern healthcare delivery system by focusing on improving both core essential and high-demand outpatient services.

                      John McLean

OAC Services is honored to be working on the Columbia County Health System project. It is a great feeling to assist people with new construction delivery methods which in the past were only used on very large projects. This project will be a huge success for the community of Dayton and the customers that use the facility.

The healthcare landscape has changed dramatically since 1964; this project will position our Health System for success in today’s dynamic environment, while meeting the stated needs of our commissioners, staff, and community.
